ClariSureVA acts as your contingent recruitment partner—we do not serve as the employer of record and do not administer ongoing payroll. A one-time 20% placement fee of First-Year Gross Compensation is earned only upon the candidate's actual start date.
Every candidate is legally authorized to work and resides in the United States, possessing verified local or regional credentials.
Your practice hires directly, sets compensation, and directs daily operations. ClariSureVA does not manage ongoing payroll.
